THE 15TH ANNUAL CONFERENCE of the Natural Philosophy Alliance (NPA) under the auspices of the 83rd National Meeting of the American Academy for the Advancement of Science (AAAS-Swarm) was held at the University of New Mexico, USA, in April 2008 where physics papers were submitted by scientists from Australia, Austria, Ecuador, France, Germany, Greece, India, Malaysia, Mexico, Poland, Russia, Sweden and the USA. Photo-Electric Conversions, by Francis V. Fernandes was presented via video-conferencing from Chennai, India and was well received.
Photo-Electric Conversions provides stunning evidence based on experimental data that there is no electron in the nascent hydrogen atom. In an Ockham's razor fashion Fernandes proves that the emergence of an electron in ionization studies is in fact due to pair production where an electron-positron pair is artificially created. If indeed an electron is absent, then quantum theory is, for the first time, challenged at its roots.
Fernandes explains the true corpuscular nature of the hydrogen atom. As opposed to the mistaken electron 69 million photons occupy the region about a central charge. Fernandes has conclusively evinced the absence of an electron and explained the reason for the cloud about an atom.
Through the electrolysis of water Fernandes reconciles the physical quantities of gravitational mass and electric charge. The solution to Nobelist Richard P. Feynman's conjecture on the Hand of God number is provided by Fernandes.
